Our Italian Wine Dinner Series – A Culinary Journey Through Italy
We are continuing with the tradition - we had a sold out dinner for every Summer event, now we are launching our FALL SERIES!
In our exclusive Italian Wine Dinner Series, you are invited to savor the flavors, stories, and wines of four iconic regions. Each dinner will showcase a different corner of Italy, thoughtfully paired with regional wines and a curated multi‑course menu.
Each dinner includes a curated four‑course menu, expertly paired wines, and—what truly sets our series apart—full glasses with each course and a special appearance by a local Italian Nonna. At every dinner, she’ll share one of her cherished family recipes along with the heartfelt story behind it. It’s an experience that blends culture, cuisine, and connection in a way you won’t find anywhere else.

Meet your July Nonna..... from my family to yours......Julia Basile! It was about time we had a Basile represent as a Nonna and we are going to bring you the cuisine from LAZIO -with a focus on street food - and the course that we grew up with in Binghamton, NY is SPEIDIES!
Julia is the oldest daughter of Louie's 4 girls - and the one who still lives in Binghamton, NY. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 1982 and just retired from the Binghamton Post Office where she served over 30 years. The one dish that Julia is always asked to bring is her signature chicken speidies and one of her favorite places to be is in front of a grill. A lifetime fan of the Washington Redskins since the age of 7, Julia is an avid Fantasy Football Manager and is skilled at monitoring games on 3 different devices every football season.
On July 29th Julia is going to share stories of being the first born to Louie and Alice and how Grandma Basile's traditions still make an impact on the Basile family today.
